No Liability: Smart Financial Centre, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any issues, injuries, damages, or losses related to participation in the giveaway, selection of the winner, receipt, or use of the tickets.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random using a fair and impartial process. Smart Financial Centre does not influence or determine the outcome of the selection. The selection process is final, and no inquiries regarding the decision will be entertained.
No Substitutions or Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative events. Any attempt to sell or transfer tickets may result in forfeiture.
