Smart Financial Centre is hosting a giveaway for four (4) premium tickets to a show of the winner’s choosing, subject to availability. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
No Liability: Smart Financial Centre, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any issues, injuries, damages, or losses related to participation in the giveaway, selection of the winner, receipt, or use of the tickets.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random using a fair and impartial process. Smart Financial Centre does not influence or determine the outcome of the selection. The selection process is final, and no inquiries regarding the decision will be entertained.
Ticket Availability: The winner may select a show based on available inventory at the time of selection. Smart Financial Centre is not responsible if a preferred event is sold out or unavailable.
No Substitutions or Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative events. Any attempt to sell or transfer tickets may result in forfeiture.
Assumption of Risk: By accepting the tickets, the winner assumes all risks associated with event attendance, including but not limited to injury, illness, or event cancellation. Smart Financial Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.
Indemnification: The winner and participants agree to hold Smart Financial Centre harmless from any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from or related to this giveaway.
Modifications & Cancellations: Smart Financial Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
