Alejandro Sanz is one of the most influential and celebrated artists in Latin music, known for his flamenco-infused ballads and poetic songwriting. Born in Madrid, Spain, in 1968, Sanz began playing guitar at age seven and launched his music career in his teens. His breakthrough came with the 1997 album Más, which became the best-selling album in Spanish history and featured the iconic hit “Corazón Partío.”
Over his three-decade career, Sanz has released 12 multi-Platinum studio albums and collaborated with global stars like Shakira, Alicia Keys, and Camila Cabello. He is a 22-time Latin GRAMMY® winner and four-time GRAMMY® winner, recognized for his innovative compositions and powerful live performances. In 2024, he received the Billboard Latin Music Lifetime Achievement Award, cementing his legacy as one of Spain’s most awarded and beloved musical talents
