About Il Volo

Il Volo is an internationally acclaimed Italian trio celebrated for their unique blend of opera and pop, often described as “popera.” Formed in 2009 when Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble met on the Italian TV show Ti lascio una canzone, the group quickly rose to fame with their powerful harmonies and youthful energy.

Their self-titled debut album (2010) went platinum and reached the U.S. Billboard Top Ten, making them the first Italian artists to sign with a major American label. Over the years, Il Volo has collaborated with legends like Barbra Streisand and Placido Domingo, won the Sanremo Music Festival in 2015, and represented Italy at Eurovision with their hit “Grande Amore.”

With multiple world tours, Latin Grammy nominations, and albums such as Il Volo Sings Morricone and their latest release Ad Astra (2024), Il Volo continues to captivate audiences worldwide. Their concerts showcase soaring vocals, timeless classics, and original compositions, bridging generations and musical genres.

Tickets for events at Smart Financial Centre are sold exclusively via ATG Tickets and are available for purchase through our box office and website. Resale of tickets is not permitted. All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

-For most events, doors open approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time. All patrons entering the facility are subject to search and inspection.

To reduce contact with guest belongings and expedite entry into Smart Financial Centre, Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5″x6.5". Clear bags should not exceed 12"x6"x12". Medical or parenting bags are permitted at the venue and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to search. - Children ages 2 & up must have a ticket.
- Seat 1 in Section 105 is NOT an aisle seat. High-numbered end seats in 101 are NOT aisle seats.
- Seats in the ADA section, labeled WC are removable cushioned folding chairs.
- Sections 101 and 105 start on the floor and elevate up to the 2nd floor.
