Authentic tickets for events at Smart Financial Centre are sold exclusively through ATG Tickets on our venue <a rel="noopener" href="/events/" target="_blank" title="Events">website</a> and in-person at our Venue Box Office.
We strongly urge all our patrons to purchase their tickets through authorized outlets. We do not recommend purchasing tickets through third parties, online resellers, or other ticket sales operations. Tickets obtained from sources outside of Smart Financial Centre and ATG Tickets may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honored.

Tickets purchased in-person at the venue Box Office are subject to Services Fees. There will not be an Order Fee added to the fees when purchasing in-person at the venue Box Office. If your order confirmation did not originate from boxoffice@ussecure.atgtickets.com, it indicates that your tickets were not purchased directly from Smart Financial Centre.

Elevators are located on the north and south side of the lobby concourse.
Seats in Sections 101 and 105 start on the ground floor and elevate up to the second floor. The aisle for these sections is located along the outer wall of the auditorium; there is no aisle on the interior of these sections.
Accessible seating is sold through ATG Tickets and the Box Office.
