We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service to all our patrons. Our experienced staff are on hand to assist with your ticketing needs. Whether you're a first-time ticket buyer or a frequent visitor, we'll help you find the best seats.  
As of March 29, 2023, tickets for events at Smart Financial Centre are sold exclusively via ATG Tickets and are available for purchase through our box office and <a href="http://www.smartfinancialcentre.net/events" title="website">website</a>. If you have purchased tickets to an upcoming event at Smart via Ticketmaster, there is nothing you need to do. All previous purchases will be transferred to the new system. New tickets will not need to be issued.  
We strongly urge all our patrons to purchase their tickets through authorized outlets. We do not recommend purchasing tickets through third parties, online resellers, or other ticket sales operations. Tickets obtained from sources outside of Smart Financial Centre and ATG Tickets may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honored.

On event nights, the box office opens 1 hour prior to the advertised start time and closes approximately 30 minutes after the headlining artist begins. 
 
The box office accepts cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for payment.

Tickets purchased in-person at the venue Box Office are subject to Services Fees. There will not be an Order Fee added to the fees when purchasing in-person at the venue Box Office.

Important information for entry with Ticketmaster tickets:
ATG Tickets is now the primary ticketing for all Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land events. Tickets that were purchased previously through Ticketmaster will be valid for entry on the day of the show.

Please note that ticket transfer is no longer available from your Ticketmaster account. Customers who purchased through ATG Tickets can access their eTicket that was delivered to the email address used for the purchase. Please present the eTicket on your mobile device for entry.

Elevators are located on the north and south side of the lobby concourse.
Seats in Sections 101 and 105 start on the ground floor and elevate up to the second floor. The aisle for these sections is located along the outer wall of the auditorium; there is no aisle on the interior of these sections.
Accessible seating is sold through ATG Tickets and the Box Office.
